- We do not get involved in the day-to-day running of the business, but believe we can add significant value through our strategic input, thereby complementing the skills of the management team
- Our aim is to work in partnership with the company management to increase the value of an existing business by:
- reviewing its business strategy
- improving its underlying financial and operational performance
- initiating additional corporate activity
- It is of fundamental importance that our aims and objectives and those of the management team are completely aligned. In particular we expect that senior management will work towards creating and participating in any increased value of the business
- Where appropriate we undertake certain administration activities on behalf of investment companies
