Our new office is housed in one of Pune’s most advanced corporate environments. 43EQ is currently undergoing certification by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), a standard that recognizes environmentally responsible, resource-efficient buildings.
At Instem, this aligns with our mission to be a responsible partner to both our clients and the environment. Once certified, the building will meet strict criteria in:

- Dedicated server room, IT storeroom, pantry, and welcoming reception
With seamless connectivity to public transport, including the upcoming Pune Metro station, expected to be operational by Q1 2026.
